A) Why not book a home visit/family portrait?

At your home in the weeks leading up to the big day, on the day or afterwards depending on schedule €75 to €125 fee payable on the day of photoshoot)

B) Pre-book Caitriona for the church. €65 print package (2x 10x8 and 2x 7x5 available) Ring to make an enquiry.

C) Photos at Restaurant / Hotel afterwards. Booking fee of €60 to €125 depending on time required and place

For Parent Committees – Pre-book Caitriona for 4 or more families to take photos at the church

Terms & Conditions for Products & Bookings

Payment
A deposit of 50% is payable at the time of ordering all photography products or booking a home portrait session. The outstanding balance is payable in full on delivery of product and on day of home portraiture. To take advantage of the Special Print Package of €65 is payable upfront on the day of photos. All deposits and monies paid in part or whole are non-refundable should the client cancel.

Cancellation
Products - including: Framed photos, frames, canvases, prints and home
Bookings or Pre-paid Bookings the client may cancel the aforementioned products ordered at any time but will lose all of your deposit.
Photographs
Owing to photographic processing techniques it may not be possible to match exactly all colours as seen by the human eye

Digital Images and/or negatives are kept by Caitriona Kenny Photography for re-ordering purposes and copyright always remains the property of Caitriona Kenny Photography. No unauthorised reproduction by you is allowed in whole or part of any photograph. Caitriona Kenny Photography may display or use any photograph without the client’ prior approval.

Indemnity
You agree to hold Caitriona Kenny Photography harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Caitriona Kenny Photography arising out of any breach by you of these terms and conditions.
